Automotive Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Repair and replace faulty components and systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems.
• Follow manufacturer's specifications and repair procedures to ensure quality workmanship.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Saturday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
