Office Assistant

Position duties include

• Be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. Answer incoming calls to the office, greet visitors, and answer general questions from clients and staff.
• Coordinate and perform initial/annual training. Work with new employees and help them get onboarded to the TRU team!
• Input data into EMR/HRIS systems timely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.
• Applicants should have the ability to think quickly, problem solve, and comfortable making phone calls to other agencies, referral sources, and clinics.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Outlook Calendars.
• High attention to detail and being organized is essential to be successful in this role.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM.
