Position - Mechanical Skilled Build Assembler

Job Location –Sheboygan County, WI

Starting Date –Immediately

Employment Term –Temp to Hire

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –1st shift, 6 am – 2 pm

Starting Pay –$20+ BOE

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –1 year+ Mechanical background

Main Job Function:Skilled fabricating and assembling materials for working machinery.

Responsibilities

• Able to assemble complex assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Ability to read specs, job instructions, blueprints and schematics for a quality build and assemble of machinery. Quickly and accurately.
• Understands how to use calipers, micrometers and scales.
• Forklift certifiable.
• Prepares parts for painting.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Works well in a team.
• Be able to regularly lift 35lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Hand tool knowledge, saws and drills.
• Math skills and can read measuring devices. Computer comfortable.
• Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints and other manufacturing instructions.
