Dishwasher

General cleaning duties. Ensure dishes, pots, cutlery and all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned. Keep work area organized, safe and surgically clean. Sweep and mop floors according to company standards. Clean restaurant area and staff area, and routinely collect garbage according to company standards. Clean and stock wash rooms according to company standards. Replenish stock according to company standards. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and other cleaning supplies. Complete daily and weekly duties according to company standards. Attend all scheduled employee meetings when required. Complete all other restaurant tasks and assist other co-workers as required by management.

Be in good physical shape. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Be a team player. Complete other restaurant tasks as required by management or leadership.
