We brought these two respected companies together to provide our clients with award winning expertise in HVAC and Plumbing for new construction, improvements, renovations, upfits, design-build, and installations in the commercial space.

To meet our growth goals, we are adding a Service Plumber to the team. In this role, the Service Plumber repairs piping systems in homes and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance. If you have 10-15 years of experience in troubleshooting, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements for this role:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair systems, including pumps, heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and associated components.
• Diagnose and identify problems in plumbing systems.
• Utilize knowledge of plumbing systems to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry standards and updates in plumbing technology.
• Interact with customers professionally and address their concerns.
• Provide explanations and recommendations regarding plumbing issues
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide timely solutions.
• Work efficiently under pressure to resolve urgent issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use proper tools and equipment following industry best practices.
• Stay updated on advancements in plumbing technology.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical school program is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in plumbing systems.
• Several years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
