Cybersecurity Analyst - Information Assurance

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain RMF A&A packages Step 0-6 to maintain an Authorization to Operate (ATO).
  • Validate and upload RMF documentation into the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
  • Assemble and coordinate system Plans and Procedures from local AO templates.
  • Process and submit Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
  • Ensure DISA STIGs/SRGs are implemented, enforced, and properly loaded in EMASS.
  • Request and Review all RMF artifacts for accuracy and system inheritance coverage.
  • Perform annual security reviews in accordance with FISMA reporting.
  • Ensure approved Ports, Protocols, & Services are being used.
  • Validate compliance with DoD, AF, and local AO policy.
  • Ability to create or modify a System/Enclave Authorization boundary, Network Diagram, System Topology, etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with PMs, System Administrators, DBAs, Network Engineers, ISSO/ISSM, ASCAs, SCA, AODR, and industry Cyber Professionals in any of the RMF steps.

Required:

  • Active Security Clearance required
  • 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, etc.)

Preferred past experience/knowledge:

  • 3 to 5 years working in Cyber field
  • Hands-on experience with associated DoD Cyber tools (ACAS/NESSUS, STIGs, Cloud SRGs)

Cloud based technologies and accreditations of various IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, IL2, IL4, IL5 and IL6 platforms/enclaves
