COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Innovation Park. This position will be an integral part of our commercial real estate team who has created this position due to growth of our portfolio and you will be surrounded by experts with nearly 50 years combined experience. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance and light repairs at multiple medical facilities.
• Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Customer service.
• Work with vendors, contractors, managers and senior management to maintain facilities.
• Rotating on-call duties.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman repair experience preferred.
• HVAC and plumbing experience is helpful.
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
• High School Diploma/GED.
