Our company is seeking an
Office Administrator (With QuickBooks experience) to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in administrative excellence, customer service, financial and accounting support, as well as effective team collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Excellence:
Oversee general office activities, including managing phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the office calendar.
Customer Service:
Present a friendly and professional demeanor when meeting with clients, whether in our office or theirs.
Address customer inquiries, direct them to the appropriate team members, and ensure their needs are met.
Financial and Accounting Support:
Assist with financial transactions, including processing invoices, preparing deposits, and tracking expenses.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting skills preferred.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our sales, support, and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Assist with special projects and assignments as needed to support the company's success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
