Pay: $25.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. + Bonus - Depending on Experience

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of residential service experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License required
  • NATE certification preferred or willing to get it within a year of being hired
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Knowledge of electrical and refrigerant principles
  • Ability to lay out and install refrigerant piping
  • Ability to layout and install low-voltage wiring
  • Diagnose, repair, and provide maintenance on a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment without supervision
  • HVAC building code compliance
  • Basic sheet metal practices
  • Advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Operation of scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
  • Calculate equipment efficiency
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School preferred
