Job description  

1. Oversee and coordinating all operations of the venue.
2. Lead and Management of all staff.
3. Oversight of all procedures
4. Organization and ultimately satisfied clients
5. Create weddings timelines for ceremony and reception.
6. Set-Up/Decorations  
7. Venue tours
8. Tastings
9. Manage vendors
10. Add-ons
11. Negotiate vendor contracts/pricing 
12. Oversee Maintenance of the venue.
13. Venue cleanliness
14. Venue safety
15. Up keeping and organization of all equipments and storage area
16. Troubleshooting of any problems

Salary

1. Base Salary: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 + Compensation salary.
2. Salary based on years of experience and job skills.
3. Job Type: Full-time
