Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)-Chester, SC

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in the beautiful region of Chester, SC? Sunbelt Staffing, a leading nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is partnering with a prestigious nationwide home health agency to fill a Contract Home Health RN position.

This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension based on successful completion, offering full-time hours, medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a negotiable rate based on territory and experience.

Position Details:

• Contract Type: 13-week contract, full-time
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call
• Location: Chester, SC
• Pay: Negotiable based on experience and territory, weekly pay, stipend pay packages available for travelers
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days, mileage reimbursement

Position Requirements:

• Active South Carolina (SC) Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Minimum 1 year of Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience
• Reliable transportation
• Joint Commission onboarding upon offer

Position Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in Oasis and Homecare Homebase
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and quality care delivery
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing home health services
