Boiler Operator-Day/Night Shift Rotation

Our client has asked us to fill their need of a Boiler Operator, this role is direct hire. Check out the details below;
Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain boilers and related equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Operate and maintain Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for water purification.
• Manage and upkeep water sanitizer systems, wells, and water softeners.
• Ensure adherence to proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Perform maintenance tasks in other areas as required.
• Foster positive employee relations within the team.
• Implement appropriate budget planning and cost control measures.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a First Class B Boiler License.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
• Experience in budget planning and cost control preferred.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $42.00 per hour
