Staffmark is currently seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant in Escondido, CA, to provide vital support to our HR department. Join us in delivering exceptional services to our employees and organization.


Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:0 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay: $20-24/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR VP.
  • Manage employee inquiries and maintain health/welfare plans.
  • Organize office space and handle clerical tasks.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee activities while maintaining confidentiality.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and MS Office skills.
  • Familiarity with HR procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of production-related experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in varied environments.
