Must have 2+ yrs of Inpatient/Outpatient PT experience in an acute care setting. Will cover IP/ OP Acute care/ SNF and LTACH. KY License, BLS through the AHA. Start date is 04/22/2024. Traveler must reside 100 miles from facility.
