TeleConnect Therapies has open telehealth positions for a full-time and part-time LCSW staff therapists serving patients in rural areas of CA. All work is remote from your California home or office, serving patients from their home or local rural health clinic. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- License in Social Work in the state of California
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist (at least 3 years) preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking receives additional pay differential)
- Enrollment as a Medicare Ordering and Referring Provider, highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Experience with County Mental Health Systems and Documentation preferred for one of the open part-time positions
