Registered Nurse

The RN will be cross trained to perform circulating, scrub nurse and pre/post op duties as needed. Must be capable of directing activities in the Operating Room. Must be knowledgeable in principles of aseptic technique, equipment, instruments, procedures and supplies used in the Operating Room. Establishes and maintains high standards of nursing care by being well informed in accordance with the policies and procedures and philosophy and objectives of the hospital and nursing service. This position could be subject to flexing off if activity warrants, or be cross trained to help out in other areas, if the need arises.
