Required: 6 months or more experience as a Property Management Assistant or Real Estate Brokerage Property Management Associate.

Compensation starts at $14/hour during the 90-day probationary period, with an increase to $15/hour thereafter.

This position is part-time, scheduled for Monday to Friday from 8 am to Noon, with the flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.

• Ensure all business operations comply with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other property management regulations.
• Engage in a lively dance with tenants, navigating through different personalities, resolving conflicts with finesse, and addressing complaints with a smile.
• Master the art of time management by efficiently handling a calendar that seems to defy the laws of physics.
• Dive deep into local laws and regulations, staying updated on rental regulations, fair housing laws, and local codes to ensure compliance.
• Expertly communicate complex information in a tenant-friendly manner, delicately handling sensitive topics such as pet policies and property amenities.
