We’re looking for a licensed, professional buyer’s agent to join our award-winning team in Los Alamos, NM. You will be responsible for qualifying and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process, with world-class coaching, technology, processes, mentorship, and support staff behind you every step of the way. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have the best real estate experience of their life. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, and be driven to succeed, as we expect over 24 closings per year.
Compensation:$150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service
- Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Must have or be in pursuit of a real estate license
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
