POSITION SUMMARY
Manages a portfolio of agricultural & commercial loans and develops new loan business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage own loan portfolio.
- Develop and grow agricultural and commercial portfolio.
- Conduct farm visits as per policy.
- Cross sell to existing & new customers
- Monitors quality, compliance, and trends of their portfolio.
- Make credit decisions within lending authority and ensure compliance with loan policy and banking regulations. Including but not limited to, conducting annual reviews, and writing presentations on loan banking relationships.
- Oversees agricultural and commercial market collection activities.
- Conducts prospect calls seeking new business.
- Represents the bank in community activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance and/or agriculture
- Experience in AG lending
