Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Machinery Technician to
join our team. As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will be responsible for building,
repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial coal mining machinery and equipment. This
role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, expertise in machinery troubleshooting and repair,
and a solid understanding of basic DC principles. In addition, experience with larger forklifts,
vertical and horizontal mills, and machining is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Build, install, and set up new industrial machinery and equipment according to
specifications and blueprints.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and
adjusting machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in machinery, identifying the root cause of
problems and implementing effective repair solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as gear reducers, electric motors, hydraulic
hoses, and other mechanical parts.
• Utilize wheel welders, lathes, CNC machines, plasma cutters, and other tools to fabricate
or modify parts as necessary.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and
maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate repair schedules and
ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for
yourself and others.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational
training in industrial machinery maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Solid understanding of basic DC principles.
• Experience working with larger forklifts and operating vertical and horizontal mills.
• Proficiency in using machine tools, such as wheel welders, lathes, CNC machines, and
plasma cutters.
• Familiarity with various measurement tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
