Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Communicate with customers, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable coverage options.Sales Generation: Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.Policy Reviews: Conduct reviews of existing policies to ensure clients have adequate coverage.Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address their inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to offer informed advice to clients.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnership.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Life & Health and Property & Casualty license in Mississippi.
Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional service.
