Based in Sterling, Virginia, we specialize in a comprehensive range of services, and we're currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Local NON-CDL Cartage Truck Driver for local deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibly drive a 26-foot straight truck, expedite van, or other non-class vehicle to transport and deliver both general and specialized cargo, goods or materials, loose, packaged or palletized form in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain local delivery routes, occasional longer distance may be an option, but not required
• Manage deliveries of general & specialized freight in accordance with DOT regulations & company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely delivery
• Responsible for reporting information to dispatcher via cell phone: on schedule, road conditions, weather, mechanical or other important situations or conditions which may impact delivery deadline.
• Keeping and maintaining logs of activities in accordance with DOT and office regulations as to the hours driven and the condition of the vehicle.

Requirements Include, but not limited to:

• Candidate must possess a good driving record and have at minimum 2 years professional driving experience
• Strong interpersonal and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to pass a DOT Physical
• The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
• The ability to pass a background check

Compensation and Benefits:

• Our fleet consists of straight trucks, expedite vans, and other vehicles. This is a family business and we work on keeping you running as much as you want!
• We are willing to pay competitive rates! Willing to pay per hour or Salary is offered. We can offer health and dental insurance as part of a compensation package.
• Hourly range is $19 -$25/hr, Depending on Experience, we are open to paying Salary, as well.
