We are looking for a Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our Travel & Expense team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a global travel & support environment where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our colleagues. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 5 years proven experience in corporate travel management,
  • Proficiency in travel management software and online booking tools.

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Knowledge of travel risk management protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Certifications such as Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) are a plus.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Policy Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce corporate travel policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Cost Management: Strategically manage travel budgets, negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to minimize expenses while maintaining quality standards.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and pricing for corporate travel services.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze travel data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize travel programs for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Travel Risk Management: Monitor and enforce our travel risk management strategies to ensure the safety and security of employees during business travel, including monitoring travel advisories.
  • Colleague Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding travel-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, human resources, and executive leadership, to align travel initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
