Benefits Specialist

ITAC Solutions has teamed up to assist a Payroll Service company in Mobile, AL. We are seeking an entry-level Benefits Specialist. This position is responsible for the administration of benefits for participating clients. 401K management experience is preferred. This role is onsite. Pay Rate: $19-20/hr. What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):Manage client benefits; monthly benefit invoices, participation worksheets, renewals, and updating client information. Handling electronic 401k submissions, processing eligibility, loans, and setting up accounts, and sending out open enrollment information. Answering and assisting employees with questions regarding their benefits, deductions, or accounts. Other office functions as required.
