Job Details
Multiple Specialty Options Available: Oncology / Home Health / Progressive Care Unit / MedSurg / Surgery (Circulator)
- Assess and reassess patient conditions through thorough data collection and evaluation, utilizing the nursing process.
- Develop and revise nursing plans of care tailored to individual patient needs and expected outcomes.
- Deliver safe and efficient nursing interventions to address identified patient needs, focusing on rehabilitation and functional improvement.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust plans of care accordingly.
- Provide patient and family education on healthcare treatments, procedures, and post-hospital care instructions as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
- Certification in specialty preferred; ACLS required for Critical Care units (ICU/PCU), PALS required for Pediatric units, to be obtained within one year of hire.
