Maintenance Technician - Paid Internship

Internship Dates: June 3, 2024 - August 31, 2024

Maintenance interns will be scheduled Monday-Friday each week, with a minimum of 32 hours up to 40 hours per week. Interns will follow the company’s holiday schedule which includes Juneteenth (June 19, 2024) and Independence Day (July 4, 2024)

How You Will Contribute

From handling routine service requests to executing unit turns efficiently, Maintenance Interns will develop a strong foundation in the fundamentals of apartment maintenance, ensuring the long-term viability and attractiveness of the properties

Things You Will Need

• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in apartment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
