As a Real Estate Associate, you will be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the marketing and purchasing process of properties. • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote sales through effective advertising, open houses, and listing services
• Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions and concerns
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor with a trustworthy nature
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
