As an Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of outdoor power, powersports, agriculturem and construction equipment ranging in power from 10hp - 150hp. You must be comfortable using the dealerships computer software and have extensive mechanical and electrical technical knowledge and service experience.

Responsibilities
- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate and document equipment issues
- Use established service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
- Carry out routine equipment maintenance tasks such as cleaning, fluid and filter changes, and general maintenance procedures for various equipment.
- Conduct in-depth inspections of all equipment systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Convey necessary repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Completion of service technician training program and high level certifications are preferred in the following brands - STIHL, Husqvarna, ECHO or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communications skills are required
- Full range of motion, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required.
