Job Title: Journeyman Service Plumber

Location: Denver, CO

Rate of Pay: $35 - $40/hr 

Type: Full time W2 Service Plumber

This means you will not judged as a salesperson, instead focused on the quality of your work.  

Job Description: As a Journeyman Service Plumber, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for our diverse clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to handle service calls and provide efficient solutions to address plumbing issues promptly. You will also collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and uphold our company's reputation for excellence.

4. Paid weekly

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to service calls, assessing and diagnosing plumbing problems.
2. Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related components.
3. Conduct inspections and testing of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
4. Use appropriate tools, equipment, and techniques to complete plumbing projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
5. Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to clients regarding repair or replacement options.
6. Collaborate with team members, including apprentices and other plumbers, to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and customer interactions.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, best practices, and regulations to enhance knowledge and skills.
10. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Colorado.
2. Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and codes.
4. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing problems and providing effective solutions.
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
8. Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a team player.
9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
10. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Performance Expectations: Unlike most service plumber roles, this position will never require that you sell service plans or memberships. You are not judged based on a monthly sales quota. We are looking for world class plumbers, not sales people.
