Job Description
We're looking to expand our catering services and are looking for someone to assist with the challenging and fast paced planning, preparation, delivery and service of catering projects for our Guests. Groups can range from tens to hundreds. Must follow food safety guidelines for preparation and holding of hot and cold items.
Duties:
Review desired menu for each project
Determine purchasing needs
Plan timing for preparation
Determine if additional staffing is needed
Manage workspace needed in our limited footprint for preparation and packaging
Prepare requested food for the catering project in a timely manner, following food safety time and temperature guidelines.
Package food for holding and transport
Load food for delivery
Deliver, set up and serve food as needed
Skills:
Food service preparation experience helpful, but will train the right person
Knowledge of food safety guidelines preferred
Strong organizational skills
Good time management
Available daily, as needed for booked catering jobs
