Lead Electrician

TriCities Electric is searching for a highly motivated Lead Electrician to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will play a key role in overseeing electrical projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and mentoring fellow electricians.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the work of assigned electricians, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose electrical system malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on completed electrical work.
• Train and mentor less experienced electricians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material usage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a residential electrician.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (NEC).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience with Housecall Pro a plus, but not required.
• Strong proficiency in inventory management processes.
• Valid driver's license.
