Overhead Crane Technician / Industrial Electrician

OMI Cranes has an immediate opening in Duncan Oklahoma for an experienced and motivated overhead crane technician or industrial motor controls electrician, servicing the Duncan, OK area. Highly qualified and experienced candidates will be eligible for a sign on bonus at time of hire.

OMI is a 24/7 service company performing:

• Inspections
• Repairs
• Modifications
• Installations

Qualifications:

• Highly qualified industrial electrician or overhead crane technician is required.
• Experience in overhead cranes or equivalent industrial motor controls is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of 120/230/460v AC magnetic controls, motors and mechanical drive trains
• Understanding of the operation of AC magnetic and variable frequency controls.
• Responsible for detailed paperwork and reporting procedures.
• Punctual and courteous interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Overnight travel, overtime and weekend work will be required when and as needed.
• Applicants must have their own tools, a detailed list of required tools will be provided during the interview process.
• Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen prior to employment.
