Mechanical Installer - Full-time / Part-time

Mechanical Installer – $30.00/hr

What's in it for you?

• $30.00/hr
• 1st shift (hours TBD) M-F plus OT as needed
• Paid training- in addition to on-site training at the Sherman company, you'll be required to complete out-of-state training at the company headquarters (fully paid by the company)

What will you be doing?

• Install and connect mechanical equipment at the company site in Sherman.
• These installations are performed against an agreed upon daily schedule and performance standards.
• The Mechanical Installer must document test packets properly and clearly per the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and the Safety Manual.
• Work to improve cost effectiveness of processes and procedures. 

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Solid work history
• Updated resume 
• Experience with Mechanical Installation, Repair, and/or Maintenance (3+ years)
• Hand & Power Tool proficiency 
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs at a time
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
