In-Home Furniture Repair

Work schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday7:30 am-4:00 pm

Homemakers is looking for a person who has a good attention to detail and likes to tinker. Our Furniture Repair team will be providing service inside our customers homes.

*We will train the right candidate who has transferable skills

Job Summary:

Repairs, touches up, replace parts and rebuilds all furniture products including but not limited to case goods, upholstery and bedding. Repairs all furniture merchandise to a sellable condition. Generally, works with smaller repairs. This includes repairing tops, mixing custom stains for color matching, stripping and finishing, building or rebuilding a product, using larger/more complex power tools.

Job Requirements:

• Insurable and able to drive a company vehicle
• Technical or Trade School a plus but not required
• Furniture Repair experience a plus but not required
• Strong customer service
• Warehouse experience a plus
• We will train the right candidate who has transferable skills

Will drive company vehicle to repair furniture in customer's home.
