Responsibilities:

• Advise clients in the tax preparation process and prepare and file tax documents
• Take incoming calls from clients to answer tax questions
• Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
• Grow the business by promoting our services and expanding our client base
• Attend to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer the service and come back the following year

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations (preferred but not required).
