Day Shift Enclosed Trailer Assembly

Assembly Duties:

• Utilize pneumatic, power, and hand tools to perform various assembly tasks to axle, wire, and deck trailers of various sizes and install other components as needed.
• Utilize overhead crane and hydraulic lifts to move trailers throughout the process, as well as placing axles, ramps, or gates for installation.
• Use a tape measure and saw to ensure proper board/wall length and install onto trailers.
• Perform quality checks on all trailers and components to ensure finished product quality.
• Read and interpret all work orders to ensure that appropriate components are installed and trailer matches the VIN and meets Novae quality standards prior to finalization.
• Ensure your safety and that of your co-workers by following all safety procedures and wearing all required PPE while working with associated equipment and material.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a fast-paced production environment is helpful.
• Must be able to work 10-hour shifts, 4-5 days per week depending on demand.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, squat and kneel continuously.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to use tools in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE at all times while performing duties.
