Landscape Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscape gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and a strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques. The landscape gardener will be responsible for maintaining landscapes for a variety of estates.

Responsibilities:

1. Select appropriate plants, shrubs, and trees for each project based on site conditions and client preferences.
2. Install and maintain landscapes, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and applying pesticides as needed.
3. Manage irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
4. Maintain lawns, including mowing, edging, and aerating.
5. Control weeds and pests through integrated pest management practices.
6. Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions.
8. Stay informed about current landscaping trends, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a landscape gardener or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and horticulture practices.

- Proficient in landscape design software and tools.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
