Internet Salesperson

Internet Salesperson Job Description:

An Internet Salesperson will work within a team to manage, respond to and schedule test drives for every lead that comes into the dealership. Every individual on the team will have sales goals and targets to meet for the department. The key focus will be to create, schedule and delivery leads that come into the dealership!

·Manage and be on top of every lead that enters the CRM

·Create internet traffic through maximizing each lead source.

·Set daily/monthly goals

·Assisting the General Manager in keeping the website updated, clean and cutting edge. Utilize the website to enhance lead counts to your department.

·Be a master of the CRM and work to maintain a clean accurate CRM

·Work with the entire dealership staff on understanding the importance of the CRM and entering everything into the CRM (accurately). 

·Be a master of the inventory. Know the entire inventory (on the lot, incoming, trade ins, etc.…)

·Track, document and report all statistics for your performance. (# of leads, # of Appointments, # of sold)

·Track, document, and report each lead source and an ROI from each source.

·Assist the department in obtaining their goals.

·Create daily work plans

·Assist the dealership in enhancing customer retention

·Work directly with the social media/Community involvement director to enhance our image in the community and our social image as well.

·Respond to and assist management in resolving online reviews.

·Prepare, plan, and bring ideas to the table to keep your department cutting edge!
