TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Residential/commercial system repairs
• Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers and sensors
• Educating customers on efficient products and program scheduling
• Install Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements
• Keeping aesthetic of the lawn after underground repairs
• Adding on to existing systems
• Superior customer service
• High level of communication with all departments
• Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding

LEARNING ON THE JOB

• Onsite training complimented by our Conserva University online module course
• Independent management of company vehicle and schedule with ability to work on a team for large projects
• Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES sales process
• Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA sales process
• Advance to sales, lead, or foreman positions to create a career in irrigation

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
• Ability to manage large projects/installations
• Desire for growth and professionalism
• Clean driving record
• Results-oriented
• Motivation to earn production bonuses
• Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
