Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Residential Nurse

DIVISION: Nursing

SUPERVISOR: Director of Nursing

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STATUS: Part-Time

Purpose:

The Residential Nurse is responsible for providing health programming and medical services to clients enrolled in services. This includes overseeing all nursing related functions for staff and clients.

Essential Functions:

1. Monitor, order, and stock medical supplies.
2. Follow treatment and medication plans for clients as recommended by a physician.
3. Maintain accurate medical files and documentation for employees and clients.
4. Provide direct care and first aid to clients.
5. Plan and present Infectious Disease Training for employees.
6. Maintain great communication and professional relationships with clients, family members and co-workers.

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. RN or LPN (Required)
3. Driver’s license (Preferred)
4. Good Communicator, Dependable, and Compassionate!
