We are currently seeking DCT Mechanics (One Day Shift/One Night Shift)- paying up to $16.00/hr., to join our manufacturing team in our Rockwood, TN operation. The DWK Life Sciences Rockwood, TN facility is a leading glass tubing converter. We start by bringing in raw material (hollow glass tube) and convert the glass tubes into primary packaging and analytical vials, disposable culture tubes, pipettes and other specialty glassware products.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Monitoring machine productivity, waste and quality.
• Performing machine changeovers.
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Feeding of raw materials as required.
• Adhering to housekeeping expectations.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor
  
  
• Your Profile:
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Mechanical ability
• Previous mechanical experience (Preferred)
• Ability to read and write English
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive
• Good communication, patience, and diplomacy in dealing with others.
• 18 years of age or older
