This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).

  • Participates in multiple phase long-term projects providing technical expertise and guidance when needed. Provides technical expertise to successfully meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Develops and maintains existing .NET desktop and web applications Monitor and maintain interfaces including automated batch programs Maintains workflows and pipelines in Azure DevOps environment Identifies and resolves development issues independently.
  • Develop and maintain systems developed using Service Now.
  • Develop and maintain APIs utilizing MuleSoft.
  • Experience utilizing .NET using VB.Net and C#.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps pipelines and workflows.
  • Experience utilizing Oracle, MS SQL, and My SQL databases.
  • Ability to understand client's needs and technical requirements and implement solutions. Attention to detail in granting staff access to applications along with the ability to identify and resolve development issues.
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate well and work within a team.
  • Additional experiences that would be nice to have include ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Rhapsody, and various AI.
