Duties This role focuses on creating a culture of wellness to improve organizational health and well-being at the system-level and addressing the unique needs of health care professionals by improving the efficiency of the practice environment, improving elements of organizational culture and ensuring that physician wellbeing is considered as part of all key organizational decisions. This position will interact closely with executive leadership including CEO, chief nurse executive and clinical director, as well as department leaders. Position will also work in conjunction with parallel nursing position if relevant.
