Admin Assistant

Summary: Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a large group of 160 personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting large teams, not just one director

• Ability to handle overwhelming tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with leadership

• Experience leading other administrative staff or being part of a leadership team

Job Responsibilities:

• Stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Prioritize and complete all assigned tasks

• Interact professionally with leadership at APL

• Lead or contribute to administrative team efforts

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
