Soliant Health is actively seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for immediate opportunities within a well-established school district in Modesto, CA. These are full-time positions requiring onsite presence for the remainder of the current school year.

Job Description:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational objectives and developmental needs of students within the Modesto school district. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering prehensive occupational therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and track progress.
  • Collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to design and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of student progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to assess individual student needs and adapt strategies to support their success within an educational framework.
