Kohler Brownwood is currently looking for hard-working, dependable people to fill the position of Chopper/Gel Coat Operator in our Plastics division. The position is responsible for applying glass and resin to mold using a spray chopper gun.
Days/Hours
M-F 5a-5:30p
The hourly range for this position is $18.18-21.07. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
Skills/Requirements
Qualifications for the position includes:
High School graduate or equivalent desirable.
Ability to operate a fork lift.
Knowledge of plastics materials and methods.
Requires exposure to chemicals, heat and dust.
Requires heavy, repetitive lifting required.
Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
Requires exposure to chemicals.
Possibility of reduced work hours.
