This contract / contract to permanent position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Fresno, California area.
What you get to do every day
- Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Conduct and manage the general ledger
- Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Appease accounts by balancing entries
- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Support quality archived records by filing documents- Prior experience working with accounting software
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Well-founded grasp of non-profit fund accounting
- Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping
- Proven knowledge of financial auditing
- Annual Revenue experience preferred
- Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation
- Strong familiarity with general ledger
- QuickBooks experience highly desired
