Sales Associate, Luxury Womenswear

Our client, a luxury womenswear brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their new Hamptons store team!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver support to a team of 5 and elevate the customer experience
• Perform both sales floor and back of house duties
• Support the sales team by bringing coffee, water or champagne to clients, while they shop and/or wait
• Answer phones and wrap up purchases as needed
• Replenish items that are sold throughout the day
• Make sure store is always neat meet our visual standards
• Drop off and pick up alterations
• Support the Stock Controller with cycle counts, organizational tasks, covering items with polybags, sizing, and steaming
• Pull items to be transferred, packed and shipped

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of retail sales experience
• Strong customer service experience, luxury retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Positive and friendly attitude, high energy, and attentive

This position offers free housing to candidates NOT living in the Hamptons.
