Quality and Accreditation Manager

Position: Quality and Accreditation Manager

Job Status: Full Time; Monday - Friday

Required Skills:

• Responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the Quality Management System are implemented and maintained; planning, implementing, and managing quality improvement.
• Responsible for DNV hospital compliance and accreditation activities to enhance the quality of patient care.
• Improve work processes and procedures.
• Responsible for the development of departmental policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle simultaneous multiple assignments and frequent interruptions.
• Self-motivated, critical thinking with initiative and ability to pro-actively identify opportunities and take action.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years' experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to quality management or accreditation standards.
• Three years' experience in a Healthcare Quality position is preferred
• RN License or bachelor's degree in a healthcare field required (in good standing for the State of Michigan).
