DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Implement the agencys marketing/sales plan at direction of the agent.
o Work from the agents office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in sales appointments.
o Conduct needs based sales interviews in the agents office supported by technology (including Insurance and Financial Reviews).
o Meet marketing goals set by the agent.
o Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity.
o As directed by the agent, work with agents computer system to update information in customer databases used by the agent.
o Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent. Must exceed sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
